Gindi Holdings Ltd. cut apartments prices in its "Exactly 100" sales campaign by 18% for its project in Rishon LeZion, and sold 100 apartments for NIS 198.5 million. 62 five-room apartments were sold at an average price of NIS 1.68 million, 30 five-and-a-half-room apartments were sold at an average price of NIS 2 million, six mini-penthouses were sold at an average price of NIS 2 million, and two penthouses were sold at an average price of NIS 3.8 million.
"Exactly 100" sales campaign offered the 18% discount to 100 buyers in the project. In the campaign, five-room apartments were offered at NIS 1.65 million, instead of the list price of NIS 2.04 million, and five-and-a-half-room apartments were offered at NIS 1.78 million, compared with the list price of NIS 2.18 million.
Gindi Holdings said that 144 apartments are still available in the project.
