Bethel Finance news:

Israel minister of finance Yuval Steinitz and his national infrastructures counterpart Uzi Landau have signed the draft permit for Israel Electric Corporation's fibre-optic telecommunications infrastructure venture. Globes obtained a copy of the permit, which is addressed to the Public Utilities Authority (Electricity), which the ministers are required to consult on the matter. The ministers have the right to amend the permit, so long as the venture has not been set up and the tender for an investor has not begun. Under the permit, IEC must provide a detailed report on the pace of the venture's deployment, figures for the workforce allotted for the venture, and any other reports requested.
