Bethel Finances: One Hour Translation in collaboration with SDL

One Hour Translation Ltd. has signed a collaboration agreement with translation agency SDL, under which SDL will direct all its website traffic to One Hour Translation. The deal should generate more than $1 million revenue for the company in the coming year, and millions of dollars of additional revenue in subsequent years.

One Hour Translation offers clients translations of sentences, paragraphs, and whole articles between 57 languages by 10,000 translators.

Common Sense Advisory, an international consultancy to the translation and localization industry, estimates the global translation market at $25 billion, and that it will grow to $40 billion by 2014.

One Hour Translation was founded by Ofer Shoshan, Yaron Kaufman, Dr. Lior Libman, and Oren Yagev in 2008. The company's customers include Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO), Toyota Motor Corporation (TSE: 7203; NYSE: TM; LSE: TYT), and Comverse Technology Inc. (Pink Sheets: CMVT).
