Bethel Finance news:
Two trains have collided near Netanya on a track in the direction of Tel Aviv.
Magen David Adom has reported multiple injuries.
Emergency services are on the scene.
According to “IDF Radio" (Galei Zahal), there are about 60 injuries, mostly shock. IDF Radio reported that the accident took place south of the Netanya station, in the same place where a fire broke out several months ago in a train car due to a problem with a parking brake.
Train service was already suspended this week on lines south of Tel Aviv, for infrastructure work. Train travel on those lines is expected to restart on Saturday night.
