Bethel Finance news:
The Ministry of Finance will hire a foreign company to oversee the the Tel Aviv light rail project and ensure that it meets the timetable. Government company Metropolitan Mass Transit System Co. (NTA) is responsible for the Tel light railway's Red Line.

The Ministry of Finance currently employs several foreign companies to oversee the progress of projects under construction by Israel National Roads Company Ltd., Israel Railways, and municipal companies. The ministry is planning a reform on this matter to divide government infrastructure companies into two clusters, based on company size and area of business. NTA is the sole member of a third cluster, because of the huge size of the NIS 12 billion Tel Aviv light rail project.
