Bethel Finance news:
Israel demolished two structures in an unauthorized outpost on the northern West Bank early Thursday, but radical settlers vowed to rebuild them.
The two structures belonged to Mitzpeh Yitzhar, an outpost set up by radical settlers south of the Palestinian city of Nablus, Israel Radio reported.
The demolition comes amid clashes between Israeli security forces and extreme-right Jewish activists over the past days.
On the night from Monday to Tuesday, dozens of activists stormed an Israeli army base south-west of Nablus, sparking outrage among mainstream Israelis.
Left and centrist Israeli lawmakers slammed the way in which the attack on the base was being handled, with one saying the soldiers at the base should have opened fire.
The rioters were protesting plans to uproot unauthorized settler outposts on the northern West Bank. The extremists have vowed to avenge each demolition with a campaign they call 'price tag.'
